Not if China was in agreement with us viewing it as a way to keep their
economy from going from hyperdrive into warp breach.. Something major is
going to have to happen to slow their growth or they are in for some major
problems and they're new at this still so I'm sure they are open to at
least listening to all the possible solutions.
