Nope. Just the basic protection and services, but yes there is a bit of
overlap in that socialist regard, as there is always going to be a bit of
gray in life. It turns black when the government pays for the surgery at
the end of the ride though.
I'm just saying that charging the stricken for a ride rubs me wrong,
extremely wrong. I really had no idea that any towns had such a plan. I
imagine they got that way by charging the insurance companies so no one
would "notice" and that's exactly why our healthcare system is
hurting -- time to get the damn healthcare uncoupled from employment so the
consumers of same are paying and demanding lower rates.
