Not at all Rich, the government exists to protect us from all threats
foreign and domestic along with basic infrastructure services such as
roads, sewerage service, firefighting and rides to the hospital when we
drop to our knees from a heart attack in the middle of the street.

Any community that has the audacity to charge for that ride is not a
community I want to be associated with -- anyone that lives in such a
community should be finding out when the town council meets and giving them
a piece of their mind about it. I would, if my town decided to adopt such a
BS program.

They are not, however, responsible for paying for ripping our chest open
and sticking paddles on our heart, nor stocking our refrigerators with food
or painting our houses when they become faded...
