If you want the user end experience of it, check out the Connect link at
http://www.pharcyde.org since you already have an account on the BBS. :)

Sean's right, though. It's nice being able to keep a web interface and not have
to mess with it when futzing around with BBS software. That and the fact that
/every/ BBS software goes about their web integration a different way (whether
it be javascript, or php, or html, etc.) so you can't just pick up and move..
whereas with Apache you can.
