Why? Say you require that the lowest paid worker gets at least 1/100 of the
highest paid within that company. Everyone still has the incentive to make
the company succeed, and everyone gets a share of the profits. In fact, the
incentive is greater for most of the workforce because they're guaranteed a
share, unlike now where they're unlikely to see any.
