I only got back from England this morning, and I haven't forgotten the other 
task, and checked my mail, as I asked for my tax cert so that I can pay the 
correct tax in a new job and not emergency tax. They have not sent it as yet 
nor have the responded to my email requests about it.

But no one else who works for them will stand up to him, he is a bully. I was 
checking a jobs website where he advertises and she that my old job is now a 
Coldroom/yard Manager :)
