Mine is a mixed system. I haven't found the time yet to convert my tosser to
compile under linux. (Work is getting in the way ;)). The windows stuff is
running in a virtual XP on this linux box.

We are writing and pronouncing the date with the day number first, so that
should be:
"4 juni 2015"

If your system time is in UTC, it is within the second.
