Good question, and as far as I'm concerned, we won't have the answer until
he does it.  He's completely unproven, as is the whole "Conservative" party
(they aren't the PC's folks...).  Frankly I think they're just going to take
the Fraser Institute's game-plan to a national stage..and that's bad, very
bad.  I wasn't surprised at all when Mike Harris went to work for them (he's
their golden boy after what he did to Ontario).  Harper means Harris...and
Mulroney.  You'd think the Mulroney connection would be enough to get people
angry...
