Not pulled out of thin air at all, but from personal experience (it was me
in the ambulance). I had medical insurance so they paid the money, but if I
hadn't then we'd probably still be squabbling over who paid what.

Welfare socialism if you don't mind. The communist *principles* are fine,
but I've already said that I doubt they're feasible to implement on any
large scale.
