There is no "fact" to ignore, Dan!!!  You claimed he said something.  Both
you and Sauer are HORRIBLE sources as to what someone did or did not say! 
Just look at your "Scalia" comments!  He says torture is illegal and you
take that to mean "legal!"  So you have no idea what he actually said, and
you are getting second-hand opinions from the same blogs that educated you
on the "USCMJ," right?
