You pointed out no such thing.  You cannot possibly find an exception in
the law when you haven't even found such a law.  You have claimed that
waterboarding is expressly and explicitly illegal.  You didn't make any
of the indirect claims that others have tried to help you out with
(cruel punishment, assault, and so on).  You said that waterboarding per
se is explicitly illegal.  Show me the law.  THEN you can try to show
the purported exception for "by permission."  But you will never get
that far.
