I hope i'm in the right echo for my question.

I use PGP desktop since 2005.
Recently i bought a new computer with Windows Vista on it and now PGP
refuses to start.

With PGP.COM i am good for an upgrade to version 9.10 for only 27 euro.
But then the problem starts. I can pay there only with Visa, Mastercard
or Amarican Express and i have none of these, i can only do a payment
via my bank but they won't accept that.

I searched on there site for partners in Belgium but they only sell
goods to companys and not to individuals.

My question is can someone help me in optaining a legal upgrade of pgp
9.10 that i can pay via my bank.
