The message, MN> itself, can be blank because no one is going to see it. In the To: MN> field of your offline reader, type WCMAIL; then the subject can be MN> either ADD or DROP. Then upload your packet to the bulletin board. Mmmm ... WC must be `Wild Cat' ?
