What is "out of band management", and "out of band control"?

What can you manage and what can you control? (what sort of controls do
you have?, a little teensy weensy keyboard under the LCD perhaps? )

Can you give me some (LCD) screen dumps?

Oh and what other features does it have, Flash Rom, v34+, etc and how
many $$$$ is it, and what are its dimensions?
