Nothing new.  Actually Moe, Larry and Curly have been acting as if there
is only ONE type of water-related interrogation method, and they lump
everything (Philippines, WW II, Spanish Inquisition, and so on) together
under the generic heading "waterboarding" as if they were all the same
thing.  In the course of the thread I have discussed at least a
half-dozen very different water-related interrogation methods.  Your
straw man is laughably false.
