All the hiring done here is contract-to-perm.  It's how the agency gets their cut.

As it happens, I foresee some developer hiring here, in the middle term,
especially if  happens with   The major barrier to success has been, if not
exactly removed, then at least dealt with.  At least I don't have to worry
about setting up Visual SlickEdit any more, and the software management now
in place seems to know what they're doing and the first couple of projects
they've managed have worked out well so it looks like they've got some
credibility to burn.
