I also agree - this action suit was a joke from the get-go. How can you go 
after a fast food place, cause you gained weight? Please... what are these 
people thinking of?

I hope he's marred his credibilty forever.

True - we all make the choice to eat where we want to and consume as much as 
we want to as well. No one is *forcing* us to Super-Size(tm) anything or to 
go for an extra Big-Mac(R) as well.

Some people's kids, I tell ya.
