That sign was often found next to IBM m/f's eg, 370's to help stop visitors 
pressing any console buttons and causing major problems.

Quite a few sites had them, here in the UK in the 70/80's and obviously 
elsewhere throughtout the world (alright may be not Germany or France, lack of 
suitable humour).
