I can see that being useful.  Maybe I'll write a simular filter using microperl
and/or bash.  That way I won't need a web server to serve up pages to a local
text browser.  Offhand this sounds quite doable.

See above.  This should work without ruby and I shouldn't even need perl
modules to pull it off.  Might even get away with just bash scripted sed with the
output being redirected to a browser.  However I'm betting microperl would be
more effecient and faster.

Yeah that is big.  I'll have to check the changelog later.
