Obviously you have a lot to learn about handling suspected terrorists, over
there.  To be suspected is to be guilty.  To be guilty is to be confined
without bail/charges/lawyers/courts.  Maybe a free trip to a foreign
country to their hardware displays: pliers, drills, rubber hoses. Then, if
lucky, a release in 3-4 years with a pat on the head and
--perhaps --a "Sorry about that."
