thanks for that paul, yes i ended up sending the modem back to them for an
upgrade and now i stilll waiting to get it back, I was told that they would
do it on a prioty upgrade for me as i use it as my main modem on a permant
line to the internet and they said it would be back in 3 days of them
recieveing it, well they received it 2 fridays ago, and now after 9 days of
them recieveing it i find out that they reckon it's not scheduled to be
upgraded till the 31st of them month which means at least another full week
or more before i get it back.

Real handy i must say, and especially after paying them $75.00 for the
upgrade, I would of thouhgt their service would of been a bit better, but
then again we're talking about netcomm aren't we.
