I dunno what to tell you Rich, the whistle blower law has steps, that don't
include the media. If the "boss" leaks stuff, it's different (and
will likely have a purpose that was planned out) than it is when any Tom,
Dick, or Harry in the rank and file does so, from their very limited
perspective that they may think is bigger than it is
