Looks like the same error, and probably has nothing to do with messagebase type...

The original development team members have either left fidonet, or aren't
that active anymore, AFAIK...

Strange thing is, you would expect this kind of error to have happened on
others, so either your setup is special, or you are the only one using hpt
on windows? Maybe you should switch to linux? ;)
