then fix that with tax rates not limits. If you want to tax the top 1% with
a 90% tax that's fine, then it's in their interest to spread the wealth.
But I don't like limits, they'll just outsource the low paying jobs or
split the company into GMmanagement and GMproduction or some sillyness like
that.
