Worked fine here ... I would guess that the web site is just VERY busy with 
people getting the update.  The server is probably just "overwhelmed" with 
file requests.  I would suggest trying to get the update between 11pm and 
about 5 am EST (when internet traffic is the lowest).
I would suggest that you make sure that you have several megs (maybe about 6 
megs or more) of disk space empty before beginning the update.  Even though 
the update file itself is only about 560k long, the update procedure took a 
VERY long time and seemed to be doing a lot of file copying.
