Well, my personal opinion is that Bell Atlantic is not too ethical; and
I wouldn't be surprised if CANCALL had complaints about underhandedness
by Bell Atlantic.

Bad credit is not the only reason for preferring pre-paid.  The biggest
problem I have is that the companies want to tie me down to a contract 
of at least one year.  That's something I don't want.
