I wouldn't equate Rush with accurate news, or overall accuracy for that
matter. Nor would I use  Michael Moore etc. Selective quotes are selective
quotes no matter who uses them.

So far I haven't seen what I consider a good reason for the Administration
to bypass the court on the wiretaps.  The article in question appears to be
an opinion piece and reflects the opinion of the writer, you do raise a
good point on the wiretaps possibly being legal though.
