From what I've read the 'briefings' were limited in what was discussed. I
don't think the scope of the program was covered.
It may or may not be legal. It does seem to be far more intrusive than
anything we've done before. I hope those who are discussing this have more
information on the scope and details of the program. It does seem to be far
more than targeted numbers though.
