It appears you had some form of autoopen macro stored in normal.dot or 
present.dot.  I have no idea how they got there.  I also have no idea how or 
why present.dot showed up in winword\startup.  That is not a standard file in 
the startup directory.  Did you install office yourself or inherit the setup 
from another user?
