Thanks.  We already had the updated rules.  we have a request in to the CRTC 
that they fax us any new rulings, so we had this the day before it was 
released to the media.  It's really important to us to comply with the law.

I have one, too.  I've found I need to prove that the faxes logged were 
nuisance faxes.  The two together puts paid to any excuses the "revenger" 
comes up with.  There's no court or fines or anything - they simply lose 
their phones.  Quite neat and quick.
