I will say this once and not again.  Ronald did NOT tell you to keep your 
mouth shut!  He told you to stop posting information that could be used to 
close doors to information that is needed in some searches.  And others have 
also tried to get you to see the "forrest for the trees" (the errors of your 
ways) but you are too nieve (or shortsighted) to realize what they are trying 
to tell you.
And stop telling people to ask the moderator to have your access to this echo 
cut.  The moderator reads each and every message in this echo and is 
perfectly capable of handling feed cuts when they are warranted.

So stop already with making it even more available than is necessary!!! How 
about helping everyone who is trying to search out a little and stop making 
it nice and easy for those that would put up the road blocks that will hinder 
(or halt) people's searches.

And the FOIA does NOT apply in the vast majority of cases which may come into 
play during an adoption search.  And since you want to keep hanging your hat 
on various Federal government "Acts", don't forget about the Privacy Act 
which all too often will counter the FOIA!!!
