Read it for yourself.  If page 3 doesn't make your blood run cold and the
hairs on your neck stand up, you know nothing about heavy aircraft with
undisclosed cargo flying (perhaps) over millions of innocent people.  Go
on, read it and think.  It's in "officialese", but still
mind-freezing. Sentence after sentence freezes the blood.  Look at the map.

And note that it's not "air traffic control" that decides what a
captain does - it's the captain.

I would much rather that guy never flew over the UK again.
