I had a supervisor tell me once I was dangerous and locked me out of
the CLI for the network.  We had a major outage and one of our fiber
clients was the Mayo clinic... in Rochester.  They were NOT happy...
and then IBM in Rochester went down... that was two of our multi
million dollar a year revenue accounts both down and disrupted.

I was on duty that night and the VP of my division from the company
called me.  I told him that we are doing the best with what we had but
without the CLI (Command Line Interface) I was slowed down
tremendously.

He gave me his logon (which was like getting GOD mode) and I had the
problem resolved in less than a minute.  Guess who got fired and who
got a promotion.
