commandline option "-nomouse".

Provided that you're using the righthanded mouse mode (by default):
- pressing the left mouse button almost works like pressing the ESC key (at
some times this feature is locked (e.g. while up-/downloads are in
progress to prevent unintended transfer aborts)),
- pressing the right mouse button will emulate the ENTER/RETURN key.
