Bob,
I often run Qmodem for DOS under Windows with no problems. I do this
when the board I want to call is busy, and I want to go play solitaire
or Taipei while I wait. I've never had any conflict. I bought
Qmodem Pro for DOS, and it's in a drawer somewhere. I still like the
shareware version QM45TD best.
For any of you who may not know, QM45TD is not only a test drive, it
was the last registerable version before Mustang took over.
