Back in the mid 1970's, warren publishing, had in their creepy & errie
mags, commentary on the comics field by one Joe Brancatelli, who was
supposed to be the etitor for "fairchild publications, the nations
largest. Well, his comics commentary, was some of the very best I've
read to this day! He said what most did'nt have the stones to write! I
ca'nt find the issue where he got onto the subject of mob manipulation
of back issue comic prices, but it sure rang true! If he's out there, or
if any know him, well, I for one would welcome his return to comic
commentary!
