Not necessary.
But it sounds like you feel it would be okay for a member of the
administration to release highly classified information for POLITICAL
purposes, even if it damages the security of the United States.
If they want to declassify the information there are procedures to do so.
They do NOT have the right to decide what they want to leak. Indeed I think
there are laws passed by Congress with penalties. You do believe in the
rule of law don't you ?
