kinda... that is but one of its functions... however, its not an
intelligent popup stopper... there are some popups that are wanted,
desired, and/or needed... those are the ones that you specifically click on
that open small windows with help or a picture viewer like space.com uses
or something similar... dumb popup blockers will render those
inoperative... that's why i like the stopper in moz... its an intelligent
stopper... it knows if i clicked on a link that opens a popup or not...
