Funny thing . I actually read the article linked on Drudge and it = doesn't
say anything about Mayor Nagin telling Whites Asians or = Hispanics to stay
away from New Orleans, Indeed the Mayor seems to = address some real
concerns in the Black community. =20

BTW had the Feds done any of the things they promised yet ?=20
