I've got most issues dating back to 1986.  I'll start checking them over.  
I'll check my POP COMMs too.  Since this paper deals with basic sociological 
aspects, there may not be enough room to expound on the VOA in detail.  This 
week, I received a very helpful packet of info from the VOA in DC.  What I'd 
really like to do is to compare the current programming with that of the Cold 
War era when we were doing a psychological battle with Radio Moscow of the 
old Soviet Union days.  Thanks again for the suggestion (it happened to be
