What are the different security levels to give users who call Qmodem
Host that will let them shell to DOS.  I have a password but it just
kicks them back to the main menu saying that feature is not available
and I have doorway.  I can do it locally but a few users cannot so I
need the security levels to allow some very trustworthy users to do
that.  Thanks.
