No doubt. The 'Houston' weather arrived here today and althogh the temps
are around 90F, the humidity is way up there. I'm sweating in the shade
today.

Last few weeks gas has been $2.95 per/gal. Price was because a new
Buckee's super store has opened on the north side of town. Both truck
stops had to match Buckee's price, and so a gas war ensued. This week I
passed WalMart's Murphy station at $3.19 while on my way to the car wash
and on the way back, the price had dropped to $2.95 again. The two majors
on that corner couldn't afford to drop their prices that low and remained
at their lowest of $3.09...Sheez, and all of this with oil dropping like a
glass of beer to $80/bbl...fortunately, my BP stock remains steady.
