You only need to send a blank page, just a small page. FOLDS 'NEEDS' your

TSI field set 'correctly'. ie 61 9 4021569 :- correct international number, correct

STD syntax and your FAX phone number. In return FOLDS sends back a report on

line conditions etc etc..
