Then it's obviously gospel.

I notice he spends a few paragraphs talking about how Linux/ext2 avoids
fragmentation, then concludes they don't need defragmentation.  Kinda makes it
hard to call him a liar, even though most people will read this and assume Linux
doesn't fragment at all, which IS false, but not what he said.
