These are both ASCII/DOS standards.

There is an easier way: pull up the ASCII chart, highlight the character and
press enter.
What you suggest can be implemented with a simple modification to the key
assignments in your QCONFIG.DAT file:
^enter      BegLine #12    * Place FormFeed at beginning of line
or
^enter      EndLine #12     * Place FormFeed at end of line
These are just a couple of simple versions of this...  There's a lot more
that can be done using the macro interface to modify your key assignments to
handle this.
