There's a LOT to be said for running a modern OS and using VMs to support
older OSes. I've got DOS, Windows 3.11 and Windows 95 running at home in
VMWare, and when I'm done with them I can close down the VM and be done with
it until the next time. No more old hardware waiting in the garage in case I
wanted to try an old OS...
