He's too busy having a Great Time holding the end of a fishing pole
to reply to this, which is good!

After September 30th he might have time to check it out and let us
know if he knows about the power issue.

Me, after I hibernate or shut the computer down I turn the UPS OFF.
I think I have the FINAL WORD to that issue but I'm not using W8,
just XP and Vista here.

I would like to read more about that power issue with W8, as I haven't
seen anything about that in Kim Komando or Leo Notenboom newsletters.
