Ok, I dno't understand it, but that's a good thing, I'm sure.

I'm, I guess, "pre-Diabetic"; my doc mnitors my gl;ucose levels via a quarterly blood test I go for (non-fasting, as she's working with a baseline, rather than an absolute); Fasting is fine, but onyl if I can get the first appointments in the morning (my lab merxtdoor used t open at 06h00 & take you on a first come , first served, but now it's appointment-only, beginning at 07h00. :P
I seem to be dong well enough, on average, & since I'm an average type guy, that works for me! I've lost 60lbs in the past year, within my planned schedule, now I'm doubling the rate of loss & going after the next 80 to my final/preferred weight of 220. (I'm 6' tall, so me being 300 doesn't look terrible right now, but Iu'm mnore concerned with health & ease of climbling stairs than how my looks affects others--only my wife gets an opinion on that.)

Or "right next to the mashed potatoes."; I'll takeeither -- a sandwich or a meat & potatoes platter.

I've cut back on my eating out, evemn though Im fortunate to never have medical costs, except for the odd medication not covered by our government health insurance plan(GHIP).

Sheldon loved anything of comic hero memorabilia.
> Remember...July is National Baked Bean Month :P
Never had real baked neans, I'm suire -- just the rare can of some thing -- but not even those any more; I do buy refried black beans in the can, to make my Saturday morning breakfast bean dip. (I keep it simple -- adding just a tad of beef bouillion, & a tsp of habanero sauce)

I can sort of figure out thestory on this one, buit I'm still hoping the air in his head was mostly hydrogen & oxygen, instead of nitrogen, & there was a beautiful & sudden kaboom moment! *LOL*
