That's beleivable, for a maximum input power of 200-250 W, unlike the 
previous obvious misstatement.  It still makes for a highly efficient box, 
not using horn loaded bass design, which I assume must use a high bass tuning 
peak, and sharp efficiency loss not included in the fine print used for 
efficiency spec calculation.  
Is that cabinet pathetic over 20-60 or 80 Hz, with good 100 - 18 kHz or so 
efficiency?
