Hmm. I'm running 1a here, on Connect with no Fixpacks. It starts fine, and
runs without problems, though I was able to blow it up by attempting to
configure mail and news services. So I doubt that Fixpack 22 is going to
make a lot of difference to it.

It has a few display problems (often bands graphics when they're loaded,
either from a local HTML file or online), but most of those can be cleared
by refreshing. Other than that, it works quite well.
